Bible courses online with “instant” grading

The Faith Institute of Biblical Studies provides nine free Bible courses for anyone who applies. The courses should be studied in the order that they appear (unless otherwise requested). Our courses may be taken by mail, email or online.​

These courses are offered free to serious minded men and women who desire to build a firm foundation for their faith in Jesus Christ.

Taking Courses by Mail

Books and tests are mailed to the student. Tests are returned by mail or answers may be emailed for grading and the next lesson mailed out.

​Books and tests are emailed to the student in pdf format.  Tests are returned by email for grading and the next lesson emailed to them. ​

Taking Courses Online

Taking the courses online will enable the courses’ books and tests to be studied online on any device with internet access.  With just a click, questions are answered, and the completed tests are submitted for “instant” grading.  It takes only a few moments for the grade to be visible to the student. The student’s grades can be accessed in Reports.

Course One
Fundamental Doctrines & Prayer

The 8 lessons in Fundamental Doctrines explain in easy to understand language the major doctrines of our Christian faith. Prayer also has 8 lessons which cover the conditions for prayers being answered, the Lord's prayer, how to obtain answers to our prayers, and the reward of fervent prayer. 

Course Two
Joshua

​The course on Joshua is an Old Testament study of the man of God who took the place of Moses and was a type of the Lord Jesus Christ. This course covers the entire book of Joshua and consists of 12 lessons. 

Course Three
The Bible Speaks

The Bible Speaks course takes you through inspiring lessons on the Names of God in the Old Testament, Heaven & Hell, The Seven Judgments of our Lord, and The Seven Feasts of our Lord. 

Course Four
The Miracles of our Lord

The Miracles of our Lord authenticated that Jesus was the promised Messiah, the Son of God. He was the Lamb of God who came to take away the sin of the world as John penned. His miracles are also used to make true followers and teachers of His kingdom. 

Course Five
Exploring Theology

These lessons are written in an easy to understand style. The 8 lessons consist of the Doctrine of God, the Scriptures, Christ, the Church, Holy Spirit, Man, Salvation and Christian Conduct. This course on Exploring Theology is for believers who honestly desire a deeper knowledge of the Christian faith. 

Course Six
The Bible Has the Answers

The only way we can know about God is through the Bible. There are 8 lessons in this course in an easy question and answer format. Every question can be answered by reading the Bible passage where the question has been framed. 

Second Level

Course Seven
​James and Jude

James teaches us how to be doers of the Word and not hearers only.​
Jude instructs us of the end times when there will be false teachers.

Course Eight​
​I and II Peter

The First Epistle of Peter is addressed to believers under great trials, to stand in the true grace of God.
The Second Epistle of Peter focuses on bringing encouragement under great persecution and false teachers.

Course Nine
​The Epistles of John

​The author of The Epistles of John speaks with the authority of an apostle. John, the apostle of love, warns his readers with tenderness and love to beware of false teachers and to walk in the light of the truth of God’s Word.
